We understand that no matter where you live in Connecticut, a great Personal Trainer is hard to find. We have people from all walks of life and all parts of Connecticut as members of our facility. Our results and reputation are worth the drive. Also, because we are located off of 2 major highways (84 & 91) we are very easy to get to. Some times people pass by to and from work so you can attend either before or after and it is still convenient.
