How to Order Online Gift Certificates
Take the stress out of gift giving with easy-to-order Horizon Personal Training Gift
Certificates.
Gift Cards arrive via email or for pick up.
While ordering you will choose to receive an email that you will print, have the email sent directly
to your special recipient or come into our facility for pick up.
Payment of Gift Certificate may be done either over the phone or in person at pick-up time. After
you click submit below a representative will contact you.

ORDERING FAQ’s
Q: How long does it take for the gift card to be delivered?
A: Our emailed gift cards arrive in 24-48 hours. Phone-in gift cards can be picked up within 24-48 hours
after confirmation.
Q: If I buy a gift certificate
for a dollar amount, how will the person I give the gift card to know what services to get?
A: Our contact information will be on the gift card and the recipient can contact us in any way. We
simply set up a convenient time for their consultation and they are shown all of their options.
