Program options are available for children based on age, experience and skill
level.
Program One:
Children ages 9-12 can
participate.
Program
includes:
6 total hours of group training – 3 one hour training and
instruction sessions per week; Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Complete instruction on the importance of exercise and
healthy eating for children.

Proper instruction and supervision with safe, age appropriate
exercises that children will work on throughout the duration of the program.

The chance to learn healthy habits all while having FUN and making friends!
Program Two:
Children ages 13-17 can participate. Program geared towards the
student athlete or teenager looking to get into working out or looking to be conditioned for a sport.
Program
includes:
8 total hours of one-on-one personal training - 3 one hour training and instruction
sessions per week and 2 half hour cardio/calisthenics training sessions per week.
· Complete training on the importance of exercise and good health.
· Proper instruction and supervision for safe, age appropriate exercises to be worked on throughout
the duration of the program to help strengthen and condition.
· Instruction on proper nutrition for teenagers and student athletes.
Children's progress will be noted throughout
the program. Each child receives a certificate at the completion of the program for their hard work.
